Session I

  • June 12 – 23; Monday – Thursday; Friday make-up
  • Rally
    • 9:00 – 9:45 am
    • Ages 5-7
    • Learn basic skills and rules
    • Non-competitive games and play
  • Beginner
    • 10:00 – 10:55 am
    • Ages 8+ with little or no tennis experience
    • Basic grips, strokes, movement skills, rules and game play
    • Game scoring and singles play will be added as skills develop
  • Intermediate
    • 11:00 – 11:55 am
    • Ages 10+ with some tennis experience
    • Advanced drills and individual play
    • Serving, overheads, volley, and strategy are introduced
  • Advanced
    • 9:30 – 12:00 noon
    • Non-elimination competitive play and skill development
    • Strategies for both singles and doubles play

Session II

  • July 10 – 21; Monday – Thursday; Friday make-up
  • Rally/Beginner; 9:00 – 9:45 am
  • Intermediate; 10:00 – 10:45 am
  • Advanced; 9:30 – Noon

For kids in grades 2-5 based on the 2016-2017 school year

  • 2nd graders: 8:00 – 8:55 am
  • 3rd graders: 9:00 – 9:55 am
  • 4th graders: 10:00 – 10:55 am
  • 5th graders: 11:00 – 11:55 am

  • $10 fee, lunch provided
  • Middle school and junior varsity level play
  • Registration and warm ups begin at 9 am
  • Play beginning at 9:30 am
    • Break for lunch at the courts
    • Single and doubles play
  • Make up Friday, July 28; if needed
  • Bring $10 payment July 27

Family Fun Nights

Wednesdays: June 14, July 26, August 23

  • 6:00 – 7:00 pm
  • AAHS Courts
  • Fun for the whole family
    • Designed with all ages in mind
    • Kids must be accompanied by an adult
  • Racquets, balls, and other supplies will be available for use
